食材:

楊桃Starfruit1顆pc,鹽Salt10g,冰糖CrystalSugar30g,水Water500ml

做法:

1、楊桃頭尾切掉, 去邊. 切成小塊狀. Remove top and bottom of the starfruit, also remove all edges. Then cut into small chunks.

2、楊桃裝進大一點的盒子, 將每一片分開一些, 撒上鹽 和冰糖, 蓋上蓋子放進冰箱腌至少3小時. (English translation in the next step) Put starfruit in a bigger container and spread them out, sprinkle salt and crystal sugar, cover to marinate for at least 3 hours in the fridge.

3、將步驟二加入水中, 蓋上蓋子煮開后,小火熬約30分鐘- 45分鐘.Put step 2 into the water in a pot, cover and bring to boil, then turn the heat to low and simmer for 30-40 mins.

4、準備一個網篩, 將煮軟的楊桃撈進網篩, 然后用湯匙將汁擠出.Prepare a sifter to put all starfruit into the sifter, squeeze the juices out from the softened starfruit.

5、放涼后放進冰箱.Leave to cool then refrigerate.
